"When I first started my policy things were great there was excellent communication and attention to details and questions were answered. In the past couple of weeks communications have been poor and getting my issues resolved has not been great. Hopefully going forward they will make efforts to strengthen communication with policy holders and get them the provide the assistance needed in a timely manner."

I’ve had to constantly follow up for simple declaration pages or to have another person added to my policy. Monthly bills not being set to auto pay after countless conversations, etc. When I paid in advance set up was fine but any other requests took countless calls and emails for completion. I feel bad because all of the other reviews are great but that is just my experience."
